After nearly two decades working across enterprise and startup — from PepsiCo and Target to Mejuri and Softchoice — we kept watching the same pattern repeat: agencies optimizing for placements while founders managed the fallout.
So we stopped. And built InTandem Talent. Talent Acquisition designed the way it should have been from the start.
